What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at any time for no additional cost. Your account will close at the end of your last pay cycle.

What if I need more bandwidth?
We’ll bill you $0.08 for every 1GB over the monthly limit for your plan.

What if I need more API requests?
We’ll bill you $0.10 for every 1,000 API requests over the monthly limit for your plan.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for our payment processing so we accept just about any Visa, MasterCard, American Express or debit card. Enterprise accounts use Stripe's ACH payment option.

Do you offer annual pricing?
All our plans are billed on a monthly basis, we offer yearly pricing for large and enterprise customers.

What does Unlimited mean?
Unlimited does not imply infinite. We ask that you be reasonable and considerate. Heavy usage patterns that causes disruption or otherwise adversely affect other customers use of the service may be considered unreasonable use and result in a warning followed by account removal.
